IV. APP Permissions Description

To ensure the normal use of relevant functions of the application and effectively protect the security of your personal information, the usage scenarios and related descriptions for the location, camera, microphone, reading/writing storage, and phone permissions required by this application are as follows:

1. Location Permission: This permission is mainly used in two scenarios: first, for lower versions of Android devices, when searching for Bluetooth devices, this permission must be obtained to complete the Bluetooth device search operation; second, using location information to assist in finding related devices, ensuring the normal realization of the device finding function.
2. Camera Permission: Only used in scenarios where you actively operate, specifically including capturing or selecting pictures when modifying your personal avatar, and capturing or selecting corresponding screenshots when uploading feedback, helping you improve personal information and report related issues.
3. Microphone (Recording) Permission: Only serves the translation function, used to receive your voice input, translate the voice you input into your required language, and play the translation results, ensuring the smooth use of the voice translation function.
4. Read/Write Storage Permission: Used in three core scenarios: first, reading picture resources from device storage when uploading pictures; second, storing local logs generated during the running of the application for subsequent troubleshooting and service optimization; third, supporting firmware downloading and upgrading to ensure the normal updates of the application and related device functions.
5. Phone Permission: Reads the mobile phone call status. Some functions of the device cannot be used during a call, so the call status will be detected before operating the function. If the conditions are not met, you will be prompted to end the call first; otherwise, abnormal functions will affect the experience and cause inconvenience.
Permission Usage Principle: All the above permissions will only request your authorization when you use the corresponding function; we only use the corresponding permission during the period the function is in use, strictly adhering to the principle of "use as needed, stop when finished", and will never abuse any permission. At the same time, you can view, enable, or cancel any permission at any time in the device system settings. Canceling a permission only affects the use of the corresponding function and does not affect the normal operation of other basic functions of the application.

V. How to Withdraw Consent for Personal Information Collection

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection of personal information. We have provided you with a convenient and operable withdrawal channel and method, as follows:

Withdrawal via Device System Settings: You can find this application at any time in the device system settings, enter the permission management interface, and view, enable, or cancel any permission, thereby withdrawing consent for the collection of the corresponding personal information;
Withdrawal within the APP: You can open this application, enter the "Me - About Us" interface, find the personal information authorization management option, and withdraw consent for the collection of personal information.

After you withdraw your consent, it will only affect the use of the corresponding function, will not affect the normal operation of other basic functions of the application, and will not affect the validity of personal information processing activities carried out based on your consent before the withdrawal. We will stop continuing to collect your relevant personal information and will properly handle the collected information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the privacy policy, without retaining, using, or disclosing it without authorization.

Account Deletion

After logging in to the App, users may go to “Mine – Personal Information – Delete Account”, tap “Delete Account”, and confirm the request in the pop-up dialog. Once the account has been successfully deleted, the user will be signed out, and the account can no longer be used or accessed. Related data and benefits may not be recoverable, so users should properly manage any relevant information before proceeding.

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with the account in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Where certain information must be retained by law, we will securely retain it for the required period and use it only to fulfill our legal obligations.

If users are unable to delete their account through the App, they may go to “Mine – Contact Customer Service” or email us at youyinia@gmail.com and state their account deletion request. To protect account security, we may need to verify account ownership and the user’s identity. We will process the request promptly after verification is completed.
